No geolocation information is used for heypster-gif.
We do not keep any history of searches performed on heypster-gif.
We do not use “cookie” technology. And we especially do not collect any information about you on heypster and outside of heypster via cookies.
Our main goal is to ensure you have a pleasant experience on heypster. However, we do not use any tracking device that would allow us to follow your browsing, unlike the Big Brother gif platform (the one that provides not very good cookies). And we do not sell your personal data for advertising purposes (we don’t even collect it).

Your access to heypster-gif, our Content, and any Content, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.
By using our applications, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. You accept personal jurisdiction and the venue of these courts and waive any objections regarding the inconvenience caused by the location of the court. You agree not to file a class action lawsuit against us, or participate in one. In case of discrepancy between the French version and translated copies of our Terms and Privacy Policy, the French version prevails.
